Day 01:

We begin our exploration of this ancient practice in a significant city, located on the banks of the river Ganga ,which is not only revered as holy but is also one of the most earliest places that holds significance in two major religions. Along with checking in to the hotel (or ashram), we enrol our guests to different yoga programs, depending upon the individual's proficiency. Post lunch, we visit some of the popular banks of Ganga, and learn about their historical and mythological, but interesting, stories and significance.


Day 02:

Beginning the day with the prime course of early morning yoga session, followed by interactive session on theoretical aspects of yoga by a guru/yogi. After breakfast, we proceed to a nearby town that is prominent in Buddhism; we also experience some of the cultural, religious and ethnic programs. Upon our return in the evening, we witness the famous Ganga arati, before retiring to bed.


Day 03:

Continuing the early morning yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation. We visit different Hindu temples on the banks of Ganga, witness the stages of life and death; explore the vibrant markets and little alleys of the town that hold many ancient secrets. enjoy some local cuisines and bit of shopping.


Day 04:

For an extra touch of Spiritualism to this tour of yoga, we drive to a spiritual place. We experience the magic and divine atmosphere of this place, grace the peaceful presence of followers from across the world hymning the mantras. We spend overnight embracing the serene and thoughtful knowledge gained throughout the day to be seeped and absorbed in our souls.


Day 05:

We continue our spiritual journey and knowledge with the visit to the te mple complex and meet the scholars, experts and preachers. By noon, we drive back to our ashram and spend the night over.


Day 06:

After an energetic session of yoga and meditation, we fly to another town on the banks of Ganga, the place were Yoga is said to have been first formulated and practiced. Arriving in the evening , we check-in and enrol in to the yoga program right beneath the mighty mountains, thick forest valleys and roaring Ganga flowing down the mountains.


Day 07:

Begin the day fresh, with another new course in yoga, in a new place, under supervision of a new guru. After the yoga, interact with the guru. After a nice, satisfying meal, we explore local sights, wonders and rituals.


Day 08:

Regular yoga and meditation session in the morning, then we visit another holy Hindu town and experience several temples. We also meet yogis, sadhus, saints, nagas, astrologers and many interesting people, while relishing some local cuisines and appreciate cultural program.


Day 09:

With the routine of exercises and meditation, we proceed to short hikes around the town through the valley forests,by the banks the Ganga, exploring some flora and fauna. Afternoon would be spent in sightseeing local places, shops.


Day 10:

We proceed again to the nearest town for more sightseeing streets, bazaars, river banks, temples and ashrams, after the regular yoga program in the morning. If time permits, there would be opportunities for other activities.


Day 11:

As the last day of yoga course, we spend some extra time with guru and exchange some interesting and lovely memories. By noon, we drive to nearest a airport town, to fly back to capital and board the flight back home..
